The child first lays on top of the pants, after putting one arm through an arm hole. The other arm is then closed with Velcro and finally the entire suit zips from the legs all the way up. The jacket also has zippers which run from the neck down to the sleeves. After zipping up the front of the jacket and putting on the cap, the child is ready for a warm, fun time in the pool.
